I replaced the conveyor belts Monday and set up my new drying unit. I was able to run my 22K at full speed on that glossy job! Before with the heat lamps I could only run at 2500 per hour. Now I'm running at 12000 per hour and the ink is dry! The collins reliable H ink you sent me is much easier to work with. I did not need to clean them once in that 85000 piece run. Thank you for telling me about the dryer and the reliable H ink. I recommend it to all in the addressing business that don't compete with us! As for local competition,, it's the worst you need to go buy one of those $9000 systems like I was told by my local sales person! And now that I have my dryer you realy should raise the price! At $2000 it would still be a good deal. I paid $2,800 for the dryer add on for my secap conveyor.
