Feeding Mailers Straight No Longer a Problem! Thanks to Straight Shooter!

As I walked around Mailcom I noticed something Very different!
A company actually taking their equipment apart to demo how easy it was to replace belts!
Someone showing a feeder 1st with Self-mailers, then Calendars, then an open ended book, then magnets, and to top it off he took a very thin sheet mailer that looked to be 4" high and 8" long from a potential client. He set up the feeder in under 15 sec. And it fed perfect! The potential client explained that he could not get the piece to feed straight through his Sure Fe** and was looking for something to Feed his Secap 30K Address Printer STRAIGHT! To say the least he was Sold on the Straight Feed.
This Amazing Feeder was the SS12 From Straight Shooter Equipment Co.
After talking with Gordon I learned that Straight Shooter feeders were born out of years of frustration with feeders that wouldn't feed straight.. enough of feeders that weren't versatile enough.. and enough of feeders that were hard to service! So they designed their own amazing feeder!

Thanks for showing me to their booth! I have changed the belts on our Surefeed feeder and it was not too hard, but this even I can do in 15 min. I don't know if you saw it, but this guy came in with a mailer that was very lop sided (because it had a booklet in it) and curled. It took him less than 30 sec to set it up and it ran perfect. I'm want one for my tabber. When he showed it feeding the booklet open end 1st, it ran smooth right down to the last piece! Reply to this

I think everyone should know that this feeder comes with 7 transport belts not just 3 as shown on the linked page! We just ran our first big job on ours and I'm happy to report that it ran much better than it did on our Stre** feeder! I paid $700 less for my ss12 than I paid for my Stre** feeder. I'm sure that will not last.

Thank you! Now that we replaced our Surefeed with your Strait Shooter we are able to run a lot more things through our Secap Jet 1 tabber. If you did not convince us to try it out we would still be forcing things through our little accufast tabber and then taking it over to the 24K. Now we do it all in line. Thanks for increasing our production, it was the best $3,000 we have ever spent. Reply to this
