Thanks! My sales rep was selling me a Imager II and I was going to put the envelope through twice until I found this article!

I'm currently looking into a Secap 26K, Possibly a 30K. Can someone tell me the difference besides speed? We do mostly postcards and #9 Envelopes. Is there anything else out there that I should consider? Any input would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

We have been doing a lot of shopping and have had salesmen out to demo the 30K, 26K, Rena Imager II and the 2XP. They all use the same print cartridge but the print quality Rena printers looked better to us. It was very easy to setup and run. The big thing was accuracy of print alignment and printing in the same place each time. I think this is due to the fact that rollers are in constant contact with the mail piece. On the Secap 26K and 30K there are belts but the piece must have slipped from head to head. This was very apparent on a tri folded mailer that was glossy. I now wish we had also looked at the Accufast printers but made a commitment already.
